Valentine’s Day is just a few days away and I’ve noticed that some couples have embraced the tradition of the romantic getaway. The fact that this year’s Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday just makes it a little easier to take a few days for a trip.
But I’m curious: if you’re on a long-term to far off places, are you planning a weekend ‘getaway’? A side trip, or a few days off from your work, perhaps? With a few exceptions, I don’t really adjust my travel plans in light of holidays. But if you do, I’d love to hear about it in the comments!
